Ranging from Modern funk trios, Hot club Jazz bands, acoustic soul and swing, Beatles classics and Sax-led trios, we’re proud to host the very best musicians in Bath and Bristol.
Our live music is pitched at a level to suit our buzzing restaurant atmosphere and is naturally of a high standard and volume for our casual dining restaurant.
Regular performers include: James Gallagher, Duncan Kingston, John Paul Guard, Jon Green, Mike Collins, Kevin Brown and guest musicians.

Other than our romantic Library section of the restaurant, all of our tables have a view of our bands. From the Library section customers can still clearly hear and enjoy the sounds of our live jazz, funk, soul and swing music.

The Brasserie has become one of Bath's hotspots for live music and dining. One of the longest established restaurants in Bath we've welcomed musicians from across the South West and Bath since 1992. We've also hosted touring musicians from as far as Sydney and San Diego.

James Gallagher
A popular vocalist and guitar player, James has been known to have the whole restaurant singing along to covers of the The Beatles during his encore. Dublin born, James is a singer-songwriter whose influences include Paul Brady, Nick Drake and John Martyn.
Duncan Kington
A talented Bass Guitarist, Duncan has performed for many years as part of our live music programme at the Braz.Duncan has often played some of our alfresco summer session on the terrace as well as on our live music nights inside every Weds, Thurs, Fri & Sat night.
Jazzhouse Trio
60's style jazz band. Jazz House Trio are the go to backing band for visiting touring jazz stars. One of Bath’s most well known live music group and not to miss.
John paul guard
One of Bath’s most talented pianists, Guard’s trio have played the Brasserie for many years. Smooth and upbeat - perfect background live music for a romantic evening.
